All Star MegaDo participants get access to all scheduled events and receptions. The price of your ticket depends on your class of service on the charter flight.
Your ticket includes:
- A reserved seat on our exclusive Star Alliance MegaDo flight, operated by Croatia Airlines, in the class of service of your choice.
- Access to all official events and receptions.
- Bus transportation to the events, when mentioned on the schedule.

Participants are responsible for any and all of the following extra costs, if needed:
- Flights to and from the event.
- Hotels. We encourage all participants to stay at the official host hotels.
- Optional activities mentioned on the schedule.
Hotels
- Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel and Conference Center.
- The special MegaDo rate is 142 Euros +tax and includes a full breakfast. Book now!
- The special MegaDo rate of 145 EUR/night for single roomes and 155 EUR/night for double rooms. Book now!
- The rate includes VAT but excludes the city tax (1.40 EUR/night.)
- The rate includes Wi-Fi as well as the use of the swimming pool, gym, and saunas.
- Breakfast is available at an extra 10 EUR/person.
Participants are free to stay at any hotel, but transportation will only be provided to and from the partner hotels.
Beyond MegaDo 2019: add-on trip
For the first time in history of the MegaDo, we are offering an add-on trip on the heels of the main event. Join us in Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina with PBS TV Star Rudy Maxa from Wednesday, Oct. 16th through Saturday, October 19th.
What’s included:
- All air and ground transportation, plus boat/ferry tickets.
- Tour of Zagreb.
- 2 nights at the Sheraton Dubrovnik, including full breakfast.
- 1 night at the Marriott Mostar, including full breakfast.
- Lunch and dinner daily, including a MegaDo 10 year party on Thursday night.
