All Star MegaDo participants are VIPs and get access to all scheduled events and receptions! The price of your ticket depends on your class of service on the charter flight.

Your ticket includes:

  • A reserved seat on our exclusive Star MegaDo flight operated by Brussels Airlines, in the class of service of your choice, with full meals and an open bar in all classes of service.
  • Access to all events and receptions.
  • Bus transportation to the events, when mentioned on the schedule.

Positioning flights and hotels are extra and participants are expected to make their own arrangements.

Hotels

Our partner hotels are:

  • NH Vienna Airport Conference Center, Einfahrtsstrasse 1- 3, 1300 Flughafen Wien Vienna. The special MegaDo rate is 123 Euros + tax and includes breakfast. To book, email [email protected] with name of the guest(s), arrival & departure dates, and promotion code StarMegaDO2017.
  • Park Hyatt Mallorca, Calle a Atalaia Vial 12, Capdepera, Mallorca, Balearic Islands, 07589, Canyamel. The Park Hyatt Mallorca will offer a special 379 Euro/night rate (single occupancy) and 399 Euro (double occupancy), all included, for a minimum two night stay (Thursday to Saturday.) Room availability is extremely limited.
  • As an alternative to the Park Hyatt Mallorca, participants may choose to stay at the two Universal hotels on the beach, Universal Hotel Laguna and Universal Hotel Castell Royal, about a 20 minute walk or less than 5 min ride. Shuttle transfers will be provided to/from the party. Rates are ~80-180 Euros. Other options include Hotel Canyamel Park and Cap Vermell Beach Hotel.

While participants are free to stay at any hotel, bus transportation will only be provided to/from the partner hotels.
